How to Book Your Picnic:

  • Click the image for your chosen picnic package & select your ADD-ONS & complete the form.

  • Additional Time ($50 p/hr) & Additional Guest ($50 pp) are available as ADD-ONS

  • Payment/Deposit can be made with VENMO: @Lets-Picnic. A deposit of $100 will be due in order to secure the picnic.
    Full payment will be due 48 hours prior to the event, after which point cancellation cannot be refunded. If you have ordered any ADD-ONS, Let’s Picnic will add those fees to your payment. For the final payment, we accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. VENMO @Lets-Picnic. Upon booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation and calendar invite.

  • 24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email.

    • Day-Of: We have the picnic ready at your reservation time & your chosen location (no early or late arrivals please, we can sometimes offer a 15 minute buffer, depending on the schedule.) Please note that a $30 BEACH VENUE SET UP FEE applies.

  • Your picnic curator leaves during your picnic and returns at the end of the reservation to cleanup. If you need something during the picnic, you can text us directly.

  • Suffolk County Travel fee ~ based on mileage, .60 per mile

  • Please note : Each location has its own rules, regulations and hours of operation. All parks close at 6 pm - Beach locations vary.
