Pricing for all packages includes the overnight rental of our picnic teepee(s), twin size air mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets, and pillow cases, breakfast trays, personalized letter board, and all additional decor including accent pillows, lights, flowers, garlands, banners, etc.

All bookings are subject to 12.5% service fee.

How to Book Your Slumber Party

  • Teepees are $75 per guest

  • Payment/Deposit can be made with VENMO: @Lets-Picnic. A deposit of $100 will be due in order to secure the slumber party.
    Full payment will be due 48 hours prior to the event, after which point cancellation cannot be refunded. If you have ordered any ADD-ONS, Let’s Picnic will add those fees to your payment. For the final payment, we accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. VENMO @Lets-Picnic. Upon booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation and calendar invite.

  • 24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email.

    • Day-Of: We have the slumber party ready at your location for the scheduled time we have agreed upon for set-up. We will pick up the following day at the scheduled time. We will coordinate this schedule with you once your booking is confirmed.

  • Suffolk County Travel fee ~ based on mileage, .60 per mile

  • A Service Fee of 12.5% will be added to all slumber party bookings.
